Charlotte Bliss is a very experienced Yoga Instructor trained in the Sivananda and Satyananda Yoga lineage. She has been teaching for over twenty years at various types of locations with diverse groups of people. These range from Corporate Companies, Fitness and Health Clubs, Hospitals, Disability Centres to Secondary Schools (both the pupils & teachers) and One- to- One Tuition. Past students have described her as being a very adaptable, intuitive, fun and supportive teacher.
Over the years she has also studied and practiced other yoga traditions such as Bikram, Jivamukti and Ashtanga. This has enabled both her personal practice and her teaching to be all-rounded.
A typical class with Charlotte will include a series of warm-ups (Sun Salutations), key Classical Postures (Asanas), Breathing Techniques
(Pranayama) and a Guided Relaxation.
