Lucy is a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Children’s Yoga Therapist and new mum based in South London. Lucy has a personal yoga practice spanning 20 years, has more than 360 hours training, is certified by Yoga Alliance US and has studied with some of Europe’s most experienced and respected yogis.
Lucy found an affinity with Pregnancy Yoga whilst pregnant with her first child and completed her Prenatal Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2015. She is passionate about active, positive and conscious birth and supporting pregnant women emotionally and physically through this transformational time in their lives.
In these classes Lucy will work through a programme of breathing, adapted yoga postures for the pregnant body, pelvic floor exercises, stamina building and of course some deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Classes will include mantra, mudra, gentle asanas, nada yoga and pranavidya practices that will encourage you to tune into your own body, bond with your baby and prepare for birthing.
