Fiona came to yoga looking for something that would help her body become stronger and more flexible, but through a regular practice she gained so much more than that.

Yoga makes her feel more energised and open, as well as mentally calmer, happier and connected. It’s these feelings that draw her in every day and that she loves to share with others.

She creates a safe, exploratory and playful space for everybody, allowing you to be creative and curious about your yoga and to help you achieve your personal goals too.
