Khadine has been practicing yoga since 1997 when she discovered yoga asana following a meditation course and she found home within! Khadine has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is a senior yoga alliance registered teacher and a senior Vajrasati teacher and teacher trainer. Her teaching style is calming and focused with particular attention given to breath awareness, cultivation and recognition of energy along with connection with our inner state of being. Khadine brings the essence of yoga into her classes by incorporating a range of experiential yoga philosophy (never woolly but grounded and awake) with integrity and authenticity. Inspirations include the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and tantra texts such as the Vijnana Bhairava, Shiva Sutras and the Spanda Karika, embodied mindfulness and recognition of ourselves as an essential being of nature.
