Why yoga? I was always tired.  I worked a lot, life had become a slog and my body rarely felt good.  I laughed when my friends suggested the gym, but my curiosity led me to yoga and I was instantly amazed!  Almost immediately my body felt lighter and stronger, I no longer ached and I was happier somehow, I wanted more!

In the beginning it is an invigorating physical practise, but before you know it the yoga gets you! Everything becomes impacted by a new heightened awareness.  For me yoga has become a lifestyle.. my daily routine, social life, diet, habits, behaviour, everything has changed. In my mid thirties, my perspective on life is new, yoga has been a tool to regain awareness and slow life down and PAY ATTENTION.

I started to teach whilst travelling and living in off- grid communities and realised that yoga is universal, I could help people feel happier and feel more comfortable in their bodies.  I wanted to share the secret power of yoga, I felt it was wrong to keep it for myself! I am naturally an enthusiastic sharer and enjoying supporting and empowering others, and so becoming a teacher felt very natural… although I will happily and gratefully be a student for the rest of my days too!

I am so happy and fulfilled to be able to help many kinds of people everyday. Whether it be relieving bodily pain or stress, providing a calm space without judgement, or simply offering a healthy and effective way to boost well-being and energy levels  I am a caring and approachable teacher, dedicated to sharing the knowledge and inspiring you to improve yourself through a remarkable journey of self discovery.
