Roy Russell has a BSc (Hon) Sport Science degree (2007) and a teaching qualification in Iyengar yoga. His academic knowledge combined with experience in teaching Iyengar yoga to sports teams has given him a deep understanding of the benefits that can be gained through the practice of yoga.
