Five Week Beginners Course Starting 04th July








Beginners five week course Wednesday evenings at 8.00pm -9.15 pm 04th July – 01 August 2018

We have a beginner’s course starting at the beginning of July. This is a five week course that welcomes those completely new to yoga and also those with some experience who would like a refresher course.

The course will be taught by Katrin and will concentrate each week on an aspect of yoga asanas (postures) giving the student a board overview as well as specific instruction.
