There will be gentle yoga, mindfulness and gong bath complimented by essential oils to nourish & restore body, mind and soul. Consciously paying attention to breath, sensation, and a sense of place as well as the now moment is of great benefit in daily life, and something that greatly heightens the experience of Yoga. Gong Bathing is deeply healing and transformative, creating states of altered consciousness that allow the body’s natural healing mechanisms to engage.
