We have a beginner’s course starting in January. This is a six week course that welcomes those completely new to yoga and also those with some experience who would like a refresher course. The course will be taught by Sieske and will concentrate each week on an aspect of yoga asanas (postures) giving the student a board overview as well as specific instruction. Sieske creates a safe, fun and inclusive space in which to learn. Please forward this on to anyone who you think may be interested.
