Six week beginners course Thursday 3rd January 2019 at 8.00pm

Practicing bodily spaciousness, mindfulness and freedom from worries, what better Christmas gift could there be for yourself or maybe a close friend?!

Start 2019 relaxed and centred and join us for the 6-week yoga beginners course, from January the 3rd.

Katrin, a 700 hour accredited Vinyasa and Vajrasati Yoga teacher, will lead you with considered guidance to your individual yoga practice.

The course will concentrate each week on an aspect of yoga asanas (postures) giving the student a board overview as well as specific instruction. Correct alignment in poses and a focus on healthy breathing will be paired with yoga philosophy and leave you centred, calm and relaxed.
