A lovely relaxing 2 hour yoga posture and breathing workshop with Katrin – Suitable for absolutely all levels

This nourishing class starts with a rejuvenating yoga posture practice which will help you to tune in and connect back to your body.

Next, we’ll move on to focus on Pranayama, an ancient breathing technique which helps you find fuller breath, a sense of calm and inner space.

Optional herbal teas and biscuits afterwards!

You will come away feeling relaxed and happy.
